INFP Personality (aka: The Mediator)

Understanding your personality type offers insights into you! I used 16personalities.com to gain some perspective into my personality type...and here's what I learned.

They call me an INFP or in simpler terms...

THE MEDIATOR

Made up of only 4% of the population, I felt pretty special about that. As I went through the details outlining what being a Mediator personality type actually meant, I was caught off guard by how accurate most (by most I'm talking 90%) of the information on here was directly related to me. For example, the very first trait mentioned is being a 'true idealists'. It's very true, I try to see the beauty in every 'ugly' situation. I prefer to stay on the positive, brighter side of things. Other traits that I agreed strongly with was being someone who listens, and has a smaller social group, very creative and flexible, passionate and energetic.

The weakness' that were outlined included being too impractical (very much so agree) and taking things personally. I know this is something I struggle with. Being so passionate and creative with everything I do, it's difficult to separate myself from my work.

All in all, I enjoyed the personality test and I felt it gave me an in-depth break down of myself and things I may not have paid so much attention to in the past.
